JP Hibachi Mobile offers a unique catering service, where I, Jean Pierre, will bring the authentic flavors of hibachi cuisine to your next event. With our on-site cooking, you and your guests can savor the delicious aromas and flavors of freshly grilled meats, seafood, and vegetables, all prepared right in front of you. Let us make your next event an unforgettable culinary experience with JP Hibachi Mobile!
Services
Below is a breakdown of the full-service options available, including a variety of choices for your consideration. All food is priced per serving, and will be prepared in advance, then delivered to your desired location for cooking on-site. Please note that I am located in Stockton, CA and offer delivery within a 20-mile radius for no travel fee. If you are located beyond 20 miles a travel fee of $3.25 per mile will be added.

The pricing includes a 2-hour service, which comprises the following:

Full setup, including tables and chairs (with covers provided), plates, silverware, paper napkins, chopsticks, soy sauce, Sriracha, salt, pepper, dressings, ginger sauce, yum yum sauce, and to-go containers

Hibachi dinner show

Food, which includes:

Chef Salad with ginger beat dressing

Garlic, bacon, and eggs fried rice

Seasonal grilled vegetables (zucchini, onions, carrots, and broccoli)

Selected protein option
For groups of up to 15 guests, each person is allowed to choose their preferred options. For larger groups, there is a Pick One Package.
For single protein options, the cut is 8.5 to 9 oz. For combinations, each item is 4.5 to 5 oz.
